💼 About the Role

AFFIRM Business Solutions is hiring talented Telesales Specialists for our Night Shift team. This is a B2B outbound sales role where you'll directly contact U.S.-based businesses to speak with key decision-makers, promote our services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Make 300+ outbound cold calls per shift to U.S. businesses
  • Promote AFFIRM's services to decision-makers
  • Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
  • Send follow-up emails to nurture leads
  • Navigate gatekeepers and initiate real conversations
  • Use CRM software to track progress and call outcomes
  • Attend training sessions to improve communication skills

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (speaking & writing) with a U.S.-friendly accent
  • 1+ year international call center experience (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent communication & objection-handling skills
  • Able to send professional follow-up emails
  • Familiar with CRM tools or willing to learn
  • Resilient and patient under pressure or rejection
  • Must be able to work night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM)

🎓 English medium candidates are preferred, but Bangla medium candidates with fluent English are encouraged to apply.
